Mine is a boy 9 yrs old SWCAH. Went thru exactly the same thing. Terrible in fact. Got to the point where no punishment worked.  He was out of control and I was truly exhausted! Talked with the endo and did check the levels. All were fine. 

I think I made a major ordeal about the CAH and he was somewhat spoiled!  Endo explained to me to just treat him as normal as I did his sister (non-cah).  I’m not sure what happened - out grew it - finally figured out it was not going his way - forgot all about him having CAH (except for the meds and if he truly was sick) but in time it all got better. Maybe it is a 5 to 7 yr old thing some kids go thru.
