My son has LOCAH and I was told he would be able to have kids. But since both genes are effected his kids will minimum be a carrier, depends on his wife. So you can have kids, just know that they will at least be a carrier. I have heard if a male doesn’t take his meds he can have a low sprem count but it is corrected with taking your meds currently, so what you did at age 10 wont matter. Just make sure you let  her prenatal doctor know when you do get pregnant. Good Luck!
