Misty,

 Your son has SWCAH right? Well.....there may be some fertility concerns and there may not be. Some people think it has to do with how well they are managed with their meds throughout their younger years. Infertility is not a given just because a man has CAH. Now, as far as your son passing on CAH to a child.....If your son has a child with a "carrier" of CAH, then the chances of having a child with CAH is higher. That child will be either a carrier or will HAVE CAH. If your son has a child with someone who is not even a carrier for CAH then the child WILL be a carrier (because your son WILL always pass on the defective gene since he actually has CAH). I hope that helps. It can be really confusing!
