Keep in mind that there are a lot of non CAH people out there who also have infertility issues, so once again is the infertility connected to CAH??  The hardest thing I find about CAH is the constant question of whether this or that is related to CAH because often non CAH people are affected by this or that as well.  Something we will never know I guess.
