My doctor has seen me with a lot of problems for a long time, was saying that it was pretty sure my adrenals were at fault, because it was the only thing left which fit the symptoms. So I was referred to the endo for confirmation and any further diagnosis. I got the ACTH stim test, and the lab reports all said what was normal compared to where I was at. The important differences being 17-ohp, 17-h-preg, and aldosterone. My aldosterone was wicked high, which probably explains my blood pressure problems. My doctor originally thought the tests showed adrenal trouble, but then the endo wouldn’t say it and wouldn’t explain why.

Is there any way to contact the NIH? I’ve heard about Johns-Hopkins but I don’t know what they do. Someone named Colapinto got messed up there or something. What’s the history of this condition?
