This is the other M, lol. That is a good subject to bring up though. I have read this myself, but there are many people that takes their steroids on an empty stomach or without milk or something to coat their stomach. Not good.

 Do you still take seroids? Are you taking Nexium or the like to protect the lining of your stomach and have you been tested for H Pylori?
