Hi Chloe, I agree with the others that you should get your levels checked and see if your dex dose needs to be adjusted. I just wanted to add that low estrogen will also make you feel that way. My daughter has experienced that. She is a lot better now on Yasmin, which keeps her estrogen level even, but on the week that she takes the sugar pills she becomes very emotional again.
