I do not have  CAH, but both my boys do.  They are not really hairy.  I have really dark hair and fair skin-  I have dealt with unwanted hair all my life.  I started shaving early too.

I recently (over the last 3 years) have had laser hair removal with fantastic results.  I am not sure if you could take an 8 year old and it is expensive, but just so you know they can do a lot with the laser now and you do not have to suffer with dark unwanted hair forever.

I would say if it bothers her then I would try some hair removal options, shaving or nair or even waxing....
