My daughter of 18 has the same problems...She waxes, and shaves mostly but the waxing especially can be uncomfortable especially if she has large areas on her face as my daughter does (in her sideburn area)...we have also found a man’s ultra slim trimmer $8.00 at local Walmart to be helpful especially in the face area. Of course laser removal is permanenet if you have the money. Unfortunately, the meds do not have a lot of effect on the hair growth. she has been this way for at least 10 years, but worse for the last 2 years or so. Her endo offered her a prescription cream, but it was expensive ($80.00 after insurance) and i don’t recall the name, but ask your endo if you are interested.   Good Luck
