Angie:  I know how overwhelming all this can be.  I remember when my children were 1st diagnosed, I cried & cried because I already had so much to worry about in life, walking to school, knew friends, do the parents buckle them up, too much candy, too much white sugar, wear your bike helmuts, what kind of movie to you want to see??????  On and On!!  I brokedown thinking that I just can’t worry about another whole set of problems!!  But, of course, when you fall down there is only one place to go if you reach out for those hands reaching back out to you and HE will life you up!!  Lift me up HE did!!

Try and not panic, just keep investigating and reading, especially on the Caresfoundation.org website.  Also call NIH because they are doing a studys on LOCAH kids.  I’ve made up a little CAH Starter Kit that I would be glad to send you.  E-mail me your address and I’ll ship one off to you soon.  nrechner@new.rr.com
