i really wish to know what is the basic difference between hyper and hyoplasia.

does it make one any different from a usual cah person  in terms of medication.

carol m,i’m so thankful for your replies.the main reason why i initially believed our pead’s diagnosis was ,one, that my son has a longer that usual penis and secondly becuase of our previous baby’s genitials.
