hi carol m

i wish to know if my son is also not a case of hypolasia instead of hyperplasia.

firstly because his dhea levels is low which is a path for producing testosterone and secondly because his cortisol levels were high just like gwen’s sons.

i just rechecked the reports of my son of dhea-s ,it was like this:

before meds------------   88.10 ug/dl(normal)..........................ranges = 80 -560,

after 4 months  of meds- <15.00 ug/dl(low)................................ranges = 80-560.

i posted a quest few months ago mentioning that why his dhea was normal before medication and why it was low with meds.my doc and the lady who replied the post both were of the opinion that infants don’t produce much testesterone  and when everything else is o.k this point should be overlooked.

am i worrying too much or they are not understanding what i need to know.
