I would highly recomend you call the CARES foundation (973-912-3895) They have been an immense help to my family and I. They can tell you exactly what to do in order for another Doctor to be covered as in network. There are no promises that they can make your insurance change their minds but I have been told that they can be very persuasive!! :) Good Luck
