Sorry, I hit the enter button by mistake.  Thank you both so much Audra and Diana! I have already been speaking to someone at CARES Foundation and she has been an enormous amount of help! As she is the one who even advised me to dispute it with them from the beginning.  I am now waiting on a response from her on what to do next. I will not give up that is for sure!
