Hi, I have had fibrocystic knots off and on since I was a teen. But I had to have one removed when I was 21. When I drink a lot of caffiene which I hardly do nowadays, they both get very tender and hurt. Sometimes they hurt for a short period of time for nothing. When I was a teen the doc said it was hormone related.
