Thanks for all your suggestions. Our endo said we could use table salt, but not the iodized kind. She also wrote a prescription for sodium chloride, but said it didn’t matter which we used. To clarify the dose, we are suppose to give a tsp a day total...for example 1/4 tsp 4 times a day.  I will try it in the breast milk.
