I would say my experience 8 years ago was the same as Tonia’s.  I started DEX right away.  I had an amnio as the CVS was very new at that time.  I did not like the DEX and I think I would do the CVS if I had it to do again.  I found out at 20 weeks that we were having our second boy-  so started weaning off the DEX.  We found out at about 22 weeks that he had SW CAH.  We also had our genetic testing done thru Cornell.

I would also not wait to take the DEX-
