Ya’ll are kinda confirming what I thought- to start the dex right ASAP. The other piece of this is that I’m a type 1 diabetic and I think that the perinatologist may be waiting a week so that I can get on an insulin pump before we start the dex since it’s gonna wreak havoc on my sugars. I’m thinking that I should give her a call and just talk to her about what’s going on. I kinda feel as if I’m in a pick your poison situation; no matter which I pick at the moment, it’s gonna be potential icky for the baby!
