Hi all! I知 Tamara and the other day I torn some ligaments in my ankle and the doc said I should be fine by today, but I知 still in severe pain. The pain is worse then it was when I first did it. Should i go ahead and take an extra pill cause I致e taken ibuprofen and I知 still in severe pain? I took an extra pill when it happened, but the ER didn稚 believe that i should have. I知 kind of confused now.
