If I’m not mistaken, that’s typical of most boys that age. I know that just prior to and during the first part of puberty the hormones can get a little odd. I remember having things like that when I was about that age (I’m just a carrier) and my oldest with CAH (male) is showing signs of them. Obviously it’s not something boys or men talk a lot about (besides the fact that men don’t usually talk much about their health anyway), so I’m not surprised it would be a bit confusing.Danny Carlton
