I had the same question when my 3 yr old SWCAH little girl was younger.  But I realize now that she has the same temper as her father and I ...so she gets it honestly and I dont think, in our case, that it is CAH related.  Just a kid being a kid. Her levels are perfect (last visit) and she is growing wonderfully.
