I have a question my son had some shots yesterday. He had to get them for kindergarden. Well, last night he was complaining that his arms hurt which i knew would be expected so i gave him some tylenol and he was ok. But this morining he woke up and he has been running a fever of 101.5 and has complained of his head hurting and his throat hurting. But last week the school called and told me that there was a little girl in his class that was diagnosed with mono. I cant spell. But when i asked about what is was the lady told me that it has to be in your system for awhile and that he would be tired and his throat would hurt and he would be sick for a while and then they would do blood work and so forth but i want to know why he is running a fever and sleeps and has this sore throat and head ache now? Im just confused. Any help or advice would be great!!
