My son started taking cortef and florinef when he was 12 days old and in full adrenal crisis. 

He has always been the sweetest, most pleasant boy to be around, but when his meds are off, he gets irritable and angry.  He also cries alot and is just generally not very fun to be around.

Get to your endocrinologist.  I have told mine that my son needs to be upped on his meds and he looks at me and says that my son is on a good dose.  Sure enough, the labs come back and mom is right.
