i applaude your decision and wish you well. i know the feelings and second guessing you are doing our little gitl has just turned 1 and we are in South Africa and are seeing the head prof of Gynocology at the university of Pretoria every 6 months to keep track of growth ect kiera is about a 3 or 4 on the prada scale from what i can see from the diagrams

please if it it not to much trouble could you e mail me Dr Poppas e mail address or contact details so our surgen could have a chat to him on techniques ect as he is the only one in SA that we know of that has done this type of surgery ( not very many times) also told us he would leave the surgury till 3 years (child bigger ,nevrve ect)
