I dont have cah and my only experience with it so far is with my 22 mo dd...so I cant tell you any advice about the meds and such...

but you say you’re eating a pretty good diet. what does it consist of? you need to eat lots of fruits, veggies, and whole grains. watch the meats and dairy because they can have so much saturated fats and really dont benefit you much at all. watch the refined products (white flour, pasta, sweets, desserts, etc..) a good saying I recently heard is ’white and fluffy makes you puffy’. kind of blunt, but true. Also, you say you dont eat very often, maybe 2 times a day? That might be your problem...your body may be in starvation mode...it holds on to everything you consume because it doesn’t know when it can expect food again...it starts turning muscle into fat...not a good cycle. Start eating 5-6 small meals a day. Your stomach is the size of your fist..so it doesn’t take much.
you say you dont have time to exercise...does your school have any kind of gym classes? When I was going to school, they had everything from aerobics, walking, hiking, biking, dance, to rock climbing, skiing, snow boarding...and on and on and on...AND you’d be getting credit. Would anything like that work? You need to exercise...it’s as simple as that...we need to exercise to be healthy.
