This is such an annoying disorder!!!  Anxiety, weight, hairy, acne, fatigue!! YUCK!!!! I’d like to add to the other suggestions and that is Yasmine BCPills.  I wonder if you also have PCOS.  I believe I have both PCOS and LOCAH.  I’ve only been on treatment for 2 months with Dex & Yasmine and I’m feeling better, not perfect, but I have lost 3 pounds!!!  Also, as Kristy mentioned, I try to eat more often and always have a really good breakfast.  I’ve noticed over the last few weeks, my portions are smaller, I get fuller faster.  An average day for me is: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 whole wheat toasts for breakfast.  At around 9;30 or 10:00 I eat an apple and some cheese.  Then I eat lunch around 11:30 or 12.  I have whatever leftover I have in the house, but my favorite lunch is a Zesty chicken bowl salad at Taco Bell (minus the chicken, add lettuce).  Then I eat a snack around 3-4:00p, maybe a salad and a cookie,  fruit, a 1/2 PBJ.  Then dinner.  I usually have some kind of treat in the evening as well.  The last couple of days it has been a couple pieces of little Halloween candy. 

I really believe that us with LOCAH, we mostly have low blood sugar, etc., and really need to eat 5 times a day.  Good luck!!
