We had some problems with my daughters perssure last winter and spring.  It would go up to 170 over 110.  She was three.  The docs reduced her florinef to 3/4 of a tablet instead of a whole one and it was back to normal within a couple of days.  She had been on the same dose all of her life and then poof the dose no longer worked for her.
