How is it determined whether your child is a severe salt waster? Is it determined trough genetic testing or by the amount of florinef they need to retain their salt?Our SWCAH son is three years old and takes one  florinef tablet a day. We have never had genetic testing done and we were  just wondering if we should to find out if he wastes salt severely  or not. Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
