you have to enjoy life, if you worry you will never enjoy life.  my parents and all the kids (all 5) would get in our 1960 4 door ford and go from hayward ca. to cody wy. drive thourgh all that desert (with no ac.) back then no freeways took four days to get to wy.  i have swcah and there was no such thing as solu-cortef shot you could give me, had to go to a hosiptal to get the shot.  i am so glad my parents took me.  out of all the memorys of childhood those trips we made every year, are the best!  we as a family had so much fun.

i take risk now i will drive way out in the desert to look at old indain drawing and indain caves( no cell phone work out there).

i have a strong belive in god, i belive when it is my time to leave this earth he will take me if i am at home doing nothing or out in the desert.

oh for your question.  i keep my solu-cortef in the frig,when i go out to the desert i put it in a coller with ice.
