re: weight loss tips?

for years i have been fat, i have tryed every thing to lose weight, in my younger years i use street drugs, then i tryed otc drugs.  then one day i woke up and said there is alot things to worry about in life and weight was not worth worry about.  when you keep doing the samething (trying to lose weight)over and over again expecting diffrent results that called insanity.  when i stop worrying about my weight and just ate what i wanted to, i have lost 40 lbs.  another words what i am saying you have to love yourself for who you are, before you can lose weight.  it took a year of this new thinking before i started to lose weight.
