We have two vials which we keep at home in the fridge.  We do no take them with us everywhere we go.  My daughter is 7.5 years old and we have only needed to use it once at home.  If our daughter got sick while we were out we would just take her to a hospital.  She has a medicalert bracelet if she is in an accident.  When she goes for a sleepover we don’t expect the other parent to administer an injection if she gets sick, they are expected to contact us immediately and we deal with it.   Our CAH children are precious but try not to let it control your life to an extreme extent.
