Lupron or Letrozole for early puberty and advanced bone age?

My son has LOCAH and is 9 1/2 years old.  He has been taking Cortef for 3 years. Based on his last lab results the doctor thinks he is starting puberty. His testosterone level was 10 and his LH (lutenizing hormone) was 0.46. His other levels were were apparently within normal range. His bone age is advanced about 2 years. The doctor wants to start him on either Lupron or Letrozole. My concern with the Lupron is that when my other son (who also has LOCAH) was getting his Lupron injections, his growth slowed down quite a bit. With the Letrozole, although the medication would slow down the advancing bone age, I’m concerned that he would still go into puberty and 9 1/2 is too young in my opinion.   I would appreciate any thoughts or experience anyone might have with these issues.

Thanks
