Have you tried getting insurance to pay for growth hormones and anazstrozole now that you have a height prediction which is below 3% of the population?  I thought most of them would pay for it under those circumstances.  Also, I had a friend in a similar situation, and the company that makes the growth hormones was willing to give it to her for less money (a lot less) if her insurance company wouldn’t pay.  I would start him on it and then try be creative in trying to get someone to help you out with the expense.
