We had a very difficult time getting our insurance co to pay for Lupron for my older son. Eventually, after we appealed their decision, they did agree to pay for it, but we had to stop the medication when he turned 12 because the insurance wouldn’t pay for it any more. Now they are refusing to pay for Letrozole and we are going to try to appeal it, but I don’t know what will happen. In the meantime I have found some drug companies online (mostly in Canada) whose prices are about 1/3rd the cost of what our pharmacy would charge us. Have you tried looking online for the drugs that you need? It could save you a lot of money if they are avaliable on line.
