Hi all.  I know this is off topic but could really appreciate your opinion on this.  I was wondering if you believe a minority can be a racist.  My husband is looking at 3 days off for being rude and discourteous to a person of color in the govt.. of our city.  She called him a "white devil mother f--------------"  and some other things.  He explained to her that he was working traffic in that area because the Jewish people in the area walk to temple on Saturdays and it is important that they get there safely.  I was just curious to hear others opinions.  My best friend told me minorities cannot be racist and her husband said that remark was completely racist.  Who knows? Just interested in your opinion,
