Sorry, I haven’t been on for a few days, but in response to payment for the Lupron - I would go back to the insurance company.  They may need more info from the dr.  I found that to be the case with my daughter many years ago when we were trying to get them to pay for her endo visits to an out-of-network dr (no other endo in the area treated for CAH).  Once they had the additional info, they paid and reimbursed me for payments I had already made.  The other option is to contact the pharmaceutical company that makes Depot Lupron.  I’m sure there would be financial paperwork to fill out, but you may qualify for cheaper (or free) medication.  Also, contact someone at NIH and they may be able to get you into a program to pay for meds.  I hope this helps.
