Hello.  We are in Minnesota and go to Minneapolis for my daughters Endo.  Have you considered going to Mineapolis for a Dr?  They have a CAH clinic and are very knowledgeable.  Dr. Sarafoglou is our Endo!  Maybe look into it!  Hope this helps.
