I hope your little one feels better very soon!  I think Debbie is right and it at least won’t hurt to get her tested for a uti.  It’s very simple.  I am just getting over a uti that spread to my kidneys. (I don’t have cah- my daughters do)  It is a painful and unpleasant experience and it is hard to hold onto your urine, I would think especially if your 3 and asleep.  My entire body hurt, including my head.  I did not start to run a fever until it went to my kidneys and then it got very high.  Please call your ped or endo in the morning to at least rule this out as a possibility.  If that’s not what it is, then you will know and can work from there.  Please keep us posted and I’ll say a prayer for her!
