Although I agree that it could be just a virus that is going around right now (oh! how many this time of year!?) or it could have something to do with her meds being off I do have to say it could be a uti.  We dealt with uti’s in my oldest and it was often not until it had spread and she was in crisis that she would get a fever.  It may not be common but does happen.  So I would think it would be in her best interest to at least get it checked out.
