Can someone please tell me what part blood glucose levels play in CAH, particularly when a CAH child or adult is sick.   When my daughter has been sick in the past and admitted to hospital, they always monitor blood sugar levels.  I have never been really sure what that has to do with CAH.  Any information would be appreciated.  Thank you.
