Isn’t low blood glucose when the adrenal gland is losing control of the situation to help the other body systems ? 

I had a Blood Glucose level of 40 upon my arrival to an ER  for my Gall Bladder that needed to come out.

The triage nurse told me that she couldn’t believe that I was talking and walking as she took me by the had to a waiting bed. I was throwing up neon colors. I called my Endo Office and was laughing and loopy -was telling them I was eating the hydro like candy. I think that is instinct.

 

I bet they first thought I was drunk but also told them I was making my way to the hospital near them and was requesting solu- medrol.  When I got the shot of Solu- Medrol? In the aruse, I went heres to you Doctor H !!!!

On the flip side after I  was admitted? : p and getting double hydro Kept having the finger stick for the blood glucose level and twice had to get insulin.
