My experience is with low blood sugar and SWCAH.  My son’s blood sugar dropped into the twenties and he had a seizure as a result.  This happened because he had been ill with a stomach virus and had been vomiting.  He was stress dosed and kept the extra hydrocortisone down, so we thought he was ok.  But because he hadn’t really eaten  or had much to drink for more than 24 hours, his blood sugar dropped dangerously low.  We almost lost him.  Now we have a glucose monitor at home and when he has a stomach bug, we monitor his blood sugar even if we are able to keep the stress doses down.  That’s all I know.  Good luck.
