I grew up in Wisconsin in the 70’s and always went to the Children’t Hospital in Madsion. I went to Dr. Gordon Tuffli. He has since retired but they have  a wonderful  Children’t Hosptial there and I’m sure some good endo’s. Worth checking into and making an appointment to see or interview several.
