I would be very interested to see a copy of the Canadian study!  I have brought this subject up with various specialists in the UK but they tend to be a bit pigheaded and reluctant to trust studies by others, believing the old conversion rate to be more realistic.  If the study is large enough though, they will have to take notice and I would take great pleasure in sticking this evidence under their noses!
