For those in the United States I wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving! For all those that do not celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow, I wanted to ask you too, what are you thankful? I always like to take the time out for Thanksgiving to count my blessings. What are yours?

I am thankful for :

My daughter’s bright beautiful face,

For every day she is enjoying good health,

For the ability to forget she even has CAH some days,

For Kelly Leight and the wonderful people that makes the CARES FOUNDATION hum,

For Danny Carlton to continue his dedication to keeping this website running for all of us to come together as one big CAH family,

For the love and support I get when I do come here with questions about CAH,  

For surgeons like Dr. Poppas that cares so much for what he does for his patients,

For every bloodwork day she smiles through it,

For every good bloodwork result,

For the days when my daughter says, "So what if I have to take a pill every day, I am just like the rest of the kids." 

For God, giving me the strength, and courage to get through all those sick days with my daughter.
