My daughter is on a similar schedule and has  been for 4 1/2 years.  The changes we have seen are:  She began to grow again and has been growing very well ever since!  We were able to reduce her Cortef.  This schedule has worked very well for her.   She has classical CAH and wasn’t growing before.  SHe had slowly dropped off the charts and kept falling.  As soon as we switched she slowly started rising to the 75% and has stayed there consistently.  (Her dad and I are both above average in height.)  About 2 years ago we actually added another very small dose at 10pm due to the fact that she was growing rapidly and it concerned the endo.  Since then she has remained steady.  Dood luck, Julia
