Your welcome! I have 3 daughter’s..15, 9 and 3, so I have a little experience. Only the 3 yr old has CAH.

I have always felt that their hair is a huge magnet for allergens and germs. I am probably a little OCD about it. My 2 older ones also have long thick hair, but it has just been my rule....a bath and hair washed .every. night!
