I found out my daughter has LOCAH this year and I didn’t know this condition existed. This board with all the stories, and all the people with experience in this condition brought me light, courage, and a lot of interest in the topic. I teach basic biology and now I’m teaching 90 students per semester about CAH.  Our team is reviewing some new editions of biology books for next year and I requested some of the authors and editors to include this condition in the chapters related to human inheritage, meiosis, mutations.  This may help some future doctors to be more aware of this condition in case of any symptoms that are not normal in children.

I am very thankful to all the people of Cares Foundation. I went to the conference and I learned a lot. It was a wonderful experience. I am thankful to Natalie for the initial and almost every week support and I am thankful to all you.

My daughter is doing pretty good. She is very active, happy, extremely smart and witty. Well not everything is perfect…she has a very bad temper.
