My oldest daughter has LOCAH (diagnosed at age 5) and has PCOS (diagnosed when she started her period and had EXTREME pain, the scan revealed ruptured cysts).  I have LOCAH & PCOS.  I have another daughter with LOCAH, however she hasn’t started her period so we don’t know if she has PCOS.

CARESFOUNDATION info lists that PCOS is more prevalent in LOCAH women.
