very thanks for your reply but this is not the answer i have been looking for.

my question was that why are the cortisol levels low inspite of proper medication and if they are low the 17 ohp should be low as well,which is ok in my case.

more over when 17ohp is o.k it means the kid is over dosed as 17 ohp should be about 25% above normal levels.

this is contrary to the labs that when one is being over dosed then why are cortisols still low.

this is where i need an expert help.i contacted the endo according to whom the labs are ok as his levels dropped because the blood was withdrawn early in the morning just before the meds were to be taken and almost empty stomach.

i am thankful for your support but i am still looking for an appropriate  answer and hope that what the endo says is correct.
